Terms & Conditions

Grazing Tables:

  • Grazing tables require 1-2 hours to set up and need to be consumed within 4 hours of being set up.
  • Grazing tables must not be set up in direct sunlight. In summer months must be set up inside air conditioning.
  • All That Platters cannot accept any responsibility for any produce past the 4 hour period.
  • All That Platters has full liability insurance.

Returning Equipment:

  • All That Platters supplies platter boards, serving utensils, dip bowls etc.
  • All equipment must be washed and returned to All That Platters within 5 days of your event.
  • Any damages or misplaced equipment will incur a replacement fee.

Delivery:

  • Free delivery within the Ballina Shire.
  • Delivery fee of $30 applies to areas outside the Ballina Shire.

Payment:

  • Deposit of 50{209d24119c54af94116fdd63cad34c8dbb412ede6286010750992b36adecf830} must be made at least 10 days prior to the event. Full payment must be made before the event date.
  • No refunds accepted. Change of date can be arranged if available. 

Dietary Requirements:

  • All That Platters needs to be aware of any dietary requirements.
